The Mohn Highline box washing systems are industrial-grade machines designed for high-volume automated cleaning of Euronorm boxes, containers, and pallets. They feature all-stainless steel construction with continuously welded housings that are fully insulated for noise reduction and heat retention.
With industrial-scale capacities, these Highline box washing systems deliver efficient, automated cleaning of containers and pallets for food, pharmaceutical, and industrial operations. Their multiple zones and customizable options ensure a complete hygienic solution
Each system has a multi-stage washing process including a pre-wash zone, main wash zone, and final rinse zone.
The pre-wash zone from 1,800mm to 3,600mm long uses cold water to loosen soil and debris before the main wash. It has pumps from 4kW up to 5.5kW capacity at 1.5-2 bar pressure.
3 models in the Highline series, all feature a pre-wash zone, main wash zone, and final rinse zone in a continuous pass-through set-up and use powerful pumps up to 11kW and multi-zone heating for thorough cleaning.
