The Check-In-Station III Highline is an advanced 1-lane hygiene station that provides forcibly guided cleaning and disinfection of both hands and soles for optimal infection control. Its robust construction and intelligent sensor operation ensure maximum hygiene with minimal manual contact.
At the core is a vandalism-proof turnstile system that guides users through the automated cleaning process in a programmed sequence. Users first step on rotating brushes that scrub and disinfect shoe soles using an adjustable detergent dosing system. The brushes activate via motion sensors for hands-free operation.
After passing through the turnstile, users are directed to a hygienic hand basin equipped with an automatic 2-hand soap dispenser and high-speed Jet-II hand dryer. This ensures effective hand washing and drying. The unit then guides users through a 2-hand disinfectant dispenser with tamper-proof sensors before exiting the turnstile.
The Check-In-Station III Highline contains a programmable Siemens-Logo control system and has left or right-hand passage configurations available. Removable brush rolls, multi-LED alerts, and water-saving spring caps optimize maintenance and operation.
The Clean-Check Highline is available in 4 sizes - 800, 1100, 1500, and 2000 - with brush lengths ranging from 400mm to 1600mm.
Each size comes in a left or right version indicating the pass-through direction from the turnstile.
800 model: 400mm brushes, 1410 x 1060 x 1785mm, left/right
1100 model: 700mm brushes, 1710 x 1060 x 1785mm, left/right
1500 model: 1100mm brushes, 2110 x 1060 x 1785mm, left/right
2000 model: 1600mm brushes, 2610 x 1060 x 1785mm, left/right versions
The left version has a pass-through direction from left to right.
The right version has a pass-through direction from right to left.
Dimensions listed are width x depth x height in mm for each model. Different brush lengths and sizes accommodate different traffic flow rates.
