1-LANE, FORCIBLY GUIDED DISINFECTION OF THE SOLES + HANDS
The Clean-Check Highline is an advanced hygiene station that thoroughly cleans and disinfects soles and hands using a forced guidance system for maximum hygiene control. It features a vandalism-proof turnstile with a 10-year guarantee along with programmable SIEMENS-LOGO control.
The core of the station are two horizontal rotating brushes covered in high-quality bristles and protected by a rust guarantee. They provide efficient cleaning and disinfection of soles in minimal time. The brushes are activated by sensors when feet are placed on them. Hands are disinfected using a tamper-proof 2-hand automatic dispenser triggered by sensors in the turnstile openings. The turnstile provides one revolution for complete disinfection.
The two-hand automatic dispenser has encapsulated IP68 sensors for position detection. Removable tool-free brush rolls enable easy cleaning. Adjustable detergent dosing, multi-LED empty alerts, a can holder, and water-saving spring caps optimize operation.
The Clean-Check Highline is available in 4 sizes - 800, 1100, 1500, and 2000 - with brush lengths ranging from 400mm to 1600mm.
Each size comes in a left or right version indicating the pass-through direction from the turnstile.
800 model: 400mm brushes, 1410 x 1060 x 1785mm, left/right
1100 model: 700mm brushes, 1710 x 1060 x 1785mm, left/right
1500 model: 1100mm brushes, 2110 x 1060 x 1785mm, left/right
2000 model: 1600mm brushes, 2610 x 1060 x 1785mm, left/right versions
The left version has a pass-through direction from left to right.
The right version has a pass-through direction from right to left.
Dimensions listed are width x depth x height in mm for each model. Different brush lengths and sizes accommodate different traffic flow rates.
